Hi, I’m Jamie, ever since I was young I loved being active and push myself to my limits. My passion for the gym led me to become a personal trainer so I can help others feel confident, strong, and motivated. I’ve completed a two-year HND in Fitness, Health and Exercise and will be starting year three of a Sports Science degree. I’m always learning so I can give my clients the best support possible.
My training style is all about energy, structure, and support. Whether you’re a complete beginner, someone returning after a break, or a regular gym-goer looking for that next push, I’m here to help. I work with a wide range of clients and tailor every session and program to fit your specific needs and goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle building, or just improving overall fitness. Expect sessions that are engaging, varied, and built around you — from high-intensity circuits and functional bodyweight work to focused strength training.
